Type HTRV 高溫管狀爐之特點:

· Rectangular housing with holes for convection cooling (with paint
coating in the colours RAL 5003, 5012).
· Insulation of vacuum formed ceramic fiber plates.
· MoSi₂ heating elements in hanging position.
· Control TC Type B.
· Temperature limit TC Type B.
· Available with 1–3 heating zones.
· GERO high temperature tube furnaces type HTRV can be operated
in vertical position up to 1800 °C.
　

The high grade insulation materials consist of vacuum formed fiber plates and guarantee low energy consumption and high heating rates, due to their low thermal conductivity. The insulation and the molybdenum disilicide (MoSi₂) heating elements are installed in a rectangular housing. The heating elements are installed in hanging position in the interior (see figure) and can be replaced easily. At higher temperatures and in the presence of oxygen, MoSi₂ develops an oxide layer which protects the heating elements against further thermal or chemical corrosion.

With its wide range of accessories, the comprehensive type series HTRV provides complete system solutions for demanding thermal treatment in the high temperature range.
