Based on our wide range of split-tube furnaces, chamber furnaces and retort furnaces, we can offer a suitable furnace conception for nearly any application.
In the following, please find some examples of our special furnaces:

SPECIAL SPLIT-TUBE FURNACES WITH FUSED-QUARTZ TUBE

Based on the SR split-tube furnaces with diameters differing from the standard (diameter and length), we manufacture furnaces with fused-quartz tubes. These have the following

Characteristics:

	T_max1100 ºC
	fused-quartz work tube closed on one side
	for applications with protective gas or under vacuum
	high-vacuum supply up to 10^-5 mbar with turbo pumping station
	work tube material with excellent thermal shock resistance
	fast cooling at high temperatures possible
	fittings, e.g. support for samples, insulating stones, etc.
	multiple-zone control for better temperature distribution
	control for complicated processes

Applications:

	for processes with high heating/cooling rates
	surface cleaning of high-purity materials under high-vacuum
	vacuum melting of frit offsets for the dental industry

SPECIAL SPLIT-TUBE FURNACES WITH METALLIC WORK TUBE

Based on the SR/F split-tube furnaces with diameters differing from the standard (diameter and length), we manufacture furnaces with metallic work tubes (APM).

The furnace type shown in the picture is characterized by:

	T_max 1250 ºC
	high-vacuum supply, turbo pumping station
	APM work tube, closed on one side
	split-tube furnace including fast cooling
	suited for horizontal as well as vertical operation, with hinge and hydraulic cylinder for putting the furnace upright

Applications

annealing treatment of materials that are sensitive to oxidation, under high-vacuum or under protective gas atmosphere

SPLIT TUBE FURNACE WITH ROTARY QUARTZ GLASS TUBE

Split tube furnace with rotary quartz glass tube under process gas atmosphere up to 1100 °C.

SPLIT TUBE FURNACE FOR OPERATION IN VERTICAL POSITION

Split tube furnace for operation in vertical position with bisected ceramic tube and specimen support, up to 1300 °C.

SPLIT TUBE FURNACE WITH METALLIC TUBE

Split tube furnace, up to 1100 °C with metallic tube, process gas supply and supporting frame with rollers.

VERTICAL TUBE FURNACE FOR VERTICAL POSITIONING

Vertical tube furnace with vacuum and process gas operation, for vertical positioning, up to 1800
