The virotype BTV pan/ 8 RT-PCR Kit可作為檢測達 27 種血清型藍舌病毒RNA之試劑組，另可鑑別檢測是否為BTV-8，檢測樣本可來自反芻動物(牛隻、綿羊、羊隻)全血、組織樣本。

試劑組為簡易、ready to use，可以利用於混合組織、脾臟淋巴結樣本之檢測。

The virotype BTV pan/8 RT-PCR Kit from INDICAL enables rapid and reliable detection of RNA from all 27 known bluetongue virus serotypes, plus separate detection of the European BTV serotype 8 (BTV-8) in ruminant whole blood and tissue samples from cattle, sheep, and goats.

The kit contains all of the reagents for multiplex real-time RT-PCR in a single, ready-to-use reaction mix. It can be used with pools of up to 10 individual samples of blood and with tissue samples from the spleen and lymph nodes.
