用途/長處

本機對紗線的耐磨耗性及摩擦抱合力，和織物紗線的絨毛產生進行評價的試驗機。
將紗線纏繞到3枚金屬製梳針上，通過梳針自身的高速運轉來摩擦紗線。通過前後移動中間的梳針可以改變摩擦角度。
梳針有兩種，一種是密度為20針∕寸的棉線用梳針，另一種是密度為25針∕寸的絲線用梳針。棉線可以同時最多安裝19根，絲線最多24根。測定紗線經摩擦至切斷時的摩擦回數，通常只使用1根紗線即可，紗線被切斷時刷動計數器自動停止。
而且，本機配備有總計數器，可以設定任意回數，一旦停止試驗機，可以隨時觀察試驗過程中的紗線起絨狀況以及磨耗狀態。

Use/Good point

It is the modified model that did friction speedup against " TM-type yarn cohesion tester", used for not only the friction evaluation of the cohesion adhesion state of the raw silk, but also an appraisal device, such as fuzz state of the regular yarn, and fiber falling off by the friction, the fall of strength and elongation.
