Illinois Instruments' Model 176 Ultra Low Trace Oxygen Analyzer measures oxygen concentrations in the ultra low ppb range. The instrument utilizes the proven wet galvanic cell principles together with the latest in microprocessor electronics to provide research grade levels of measurement and reliability.
The model 176 features ultra high purity gas routing valves and facilities which, together with an integral oxygen absorber, supplies the instrument with an oxygen free gas for zero adjustment.
All configuration parameters can be password protected and are user configurable to establish alarms, time weighted averaging, damping, data logging functions, shift/run analysis reports, analog outputs, and several others. Additionally, RS232 and 485 multi-loop communication outputs allow connection of one or several instruments together.

Illinois Instruments' Model 276 Trace Oxygen Monitor senses oxygen concentrations in the low ppb range. The instrument incorporates proven wet cell principles together with the latest in microprocessor electronics to provide research laboratory levels of accuracy and reliability.
The model 276 features high purity gas routing valves and facilities which, together with an integral oxygen absorber, supplies the instrument with an oxygen free gas for zero adjustment. Additionally, the cell contains a unique calibration electrode to generate a known oxygen concentration for precise, system compensated calibration.
An integrated sampling and temperature compensation system controls flow and pressure, and monitors temperatures to ensure stable accurate readings even in the event of sample pressure and ambient temperature fluctuations.
