Wall mounted zirconia oxygen analyser for low ppm to 100% gas analysis. Supplied with a remote sensor on a 2m long cable with auxiliary sensor inputs and Type K thermocouple. Suitable for high temperature & vacuum oxygen measurements in inert gases. Supplied in an IP65 weather proof housing with a transparent polycarbonate hinged window.

The wall-mount version of the highly successful 2100P bench analyser. Supplied in an IP65 weather proof housing with a transparent polycarbonate hinged window, the gas analyser can be conveniently mounted to a wall with the sensor positioned remotely up to 26 meters away. The zirconia sensor can be located in the bespoke cabinet with flow gage, auxiliary sensors and room for a printer.
Continuous on-line gas analysis is provided over the full range (10-20ppm to 100% O2). With a typical response time of approximately 4 seconds for a 90% response to a step change in gas compositions.
The sensor head comprises of a zirconia ceramic tube, which is heated up to 650°C in order for it to conduct oxygen ions. Power for the sensor heater is supplied and accurately controlled by a regulated power supply incorporated in the gas analyser.
Standard features include two fully programmable alarm circuits (volt free contacts), programmable analogue outputs (0-5V and 4-20mA), easy calibration (user selectable gases), RS232 / RS485 communications and complete data-logging software.
Additional sensors may be attached via the auxiliary socket which will read most standard 4-20mA transmitters. Currently the gas analyser can be configured to read pressure, vacuum and dew-point sensors. Others can be adapted upon request.
