1.直流無碳刷馬達設計： 無碳刷磨耗及維修之問題，馬達軸心不會因為碳刷接觸而損壞，也不會因為碳粉與外殼接觸，產生漏電現象。 2.電子式電流保護裝置： 超載時自動警示，並自動斷電，只需重新開機即可運轉，確實保護馬達防止過載使用，不同於一般碳刷馬達，在超載甚多時才能切斷保險絲，不僅無法保護馬達，容易造成馬達轉軸嚴重磨損甚至燒毀。 3.馬達過熱保護裝置： 直流無刷馬達其定子為纏繞線圈，軸心為永磁在內側轉動可直接借由外殼達到散熱的功能及過熱保護的作用，而碳刷馬達結構剛好相反，只能借由內部空氣對流而傳熱，容易導致馬達燒毀。 4.扭力補償功能 ： 低速運轉時，仍可提供高扭力輸出補償，可大幅提昇攪拌功能，碳刷馬達則會因在補償時產生極大的火花及碳刷磨損，因而影響軸心整流子面及機器壽命。 5低噪音、低電磁干擾：. 馬達全密閉式設計，防火花產生，無論是在無塵室裡或精密儀器設備環境下、甚至在揮發性氣體環境下皆可安心使用。 6.體積小、重量輕、操作方便： 相同馬力比較下，只有一般碳刷馬達的一半體積及重量，使用時更便利。 7.始終如一的攪拌條件： 在聚合反應的過程中，黏度的改變，可藉由扭力表的顯示，提供更可信賴的考依據。 8.故障率低、壽命長 ： 具備三重以上的安全防護，使用者無論攪拌任何液體黏度時，都不用擔心機器是否超載使用而導致機器故障或齒輪磨損，且整體結構是可以長時間使用。

DC BRUSHLESS MIXER˙EMULSIFIER˙HOMOGENIZER PROFESSIONAL MANUFACTURER 1. DC Brushless Motor Design Enclosed fully DC brushless motor without carbon brush. The unit can rotate without pollution, sparkles and maintenance. The axis is durable for operating without electric leakage. 2. Safety Circuit Protection Design Safety circuit ensures perfect temperature control without overshooting the set temperature, even in the case of quick heating. When over heating, power off and displays “OVER” status automatically. Then, rotate and switch to power on. The DC brushless motor differs from carbon brush one, which is easy to damage the axis. 3. Anti-overheat Protection Design The stator of DC bruchless motor is encircled by metal wire. When an electric current runs inside a coil of meal wire, a magnetic field is created. Then the axis will rotate with anti-overheat protection. On the contrary, the carbon bursh motor is easy to be damaged because it conducts heat by convection from inner part. 4. Integrated Torque Trend Design The unit can afford much more torque in high speed. However, the carbon brush motor will create a lot of sparkles and damage. It will lead to interfere the axis and decrease the life span of the unit. 5. Quiet & Anti-interference Design Sparkles can be prevented because of airtight structure design. The unit can be used safely in any operating room. 6. Small-size, Light weight & Easy operation Design The unit is very convenient to operate because the size and weight of DC brushless motor is half as the carbon brush motor. 7.
