Type ZZ  十溫度區段式管狀爐 之特點:

  · Rectangular housing with slots for convection cooling
    (with paint coating in the colours RAL 5003, 5012).
  · Frame with rollers.
  · Front insulation of light ceramic fiber material.
  · Standard heating tube of vacuum formed fibers with non-embedded
    heating coil.
  · Ten control TCs Type S.
  · 10 zone program control unit (MODCON).

GERO ten zone tube furnaces, type ZZ, can be operated in both vertical and horizontal position up to 1300 °C.

A high flexibility in the design of the temperature profile is characteristic for this furnace type. The setting of homogenous temperature areas, temperature gradients, maximum temperature limits, etc., is possible (see figure).

ZZ furnaces provide optimum performance in connection with our ZZ control boards. The ZZ type can be operated optionally as a single zone, double, triple, ... ten zone furnace. The heating tube consists of an uncovered FeCrAl heating coil which is mounted on a ceramic fiber module.

The low thermal conductivity of the ceramic fiber insulation guarantees low energy consumption and allows for high heating rates.
