SLDs Product Overview |
Our main products are SM fiber pigtailed SLD modules in different spectral bands from 650 nm to 1620 nm.
We are manufacturing cooled (with cooler and thermistor) and uncooled modules for different applications like fiber-optic gyros, OCT, testing of fiber-optic components, optical metrology, and a lot of others. We also offer free-space modules, particularly for atomic force microscopy, but also for speckle-free illumination, white-light interferometry, optical tests and measurements, and others.

Miniature Fiber Pigtailed Modules |

In 2004 Superlum released a new "MINIBUT" SLD series for minimizing the size of fiberoptic sensor systems. SLD module in miniBUT package is an ideal light source for applications where both minimum size and high operation temperature are required. Series consists of uncooled modules "MINIBUT" and cooled modules "MINICOOLBUT". Maximum operation temperature is +85 °C with possibility of increasing up to +105 °C. |
