The virotype Tissue Lysis Reagent is a proven extraction reagent for the fast preparation of various sample types without nucleic acid isolation procedures.
It has been validated for fresh or dried ear tissue sample preparation from cattle (size of ear tissue Ø 2–3 mm) and for tracheal swabs (individual and pooled samples) from chicken and turkey.
