RO系列 實驗室用管型爐

Type RO 高溫管狀爐 之特點:

  · Control unit housing (360 mm, RAL 5003) with aluminium front plate
    and emergency cutout.
  · Detachable threaded plastic feet with height adjustment.
  · Support with two lock screws.
  · Ceramic tube with heating coil.
  · Front insulation of light ceramic fiber material.
  · Control unit C6.
  · Control TC Type K (1100 °C)
    – or Type S (1300 °C).
    – or Type B (1500 °C).
  · 230V DC Connection (ready for plug-in).

GERO laboratory tube furnaces type RO can be operated in both horizontal and vertical position up to 1500 °C.

 · Up to 1300 °C, heating element of FeCrAl heating wire, coiled on a
    ceramic tube.
 · Up to 1500 °C, heating module of MoSi₂ wire, coiled around a
    ceramic tube.

The heating element is integrated in a light ceramic fiber insulation with low heat transfer rate.

The housing is made of perforated stainless steel sheet.

The furnace is mounted on a massive support and can be adjusted in all three directions. The tube furnace is a compact unit with low space requirements and can be easily transported due to its low weight.

A wide range of accessories is available for the type series RO. It therefore is flexible in application for numerous kinds of thermal treatment in laboratories.
