Total RNA Miniprep Purification Kit 能抽取來自各種動植物組織、細胞與細菌的 total RNA，本試劑組以連續、快速的洗滌與離心，將細胞碎屑等雜質污染物去除，再藉由 Total RNA與 Silica membrane 的專一性結合，取得高純度的 Total RNA。

Silica-membrane technology.
Preparation of high quality total RNA from variable sources.
Simple on-column DNase I treatment for genomic DNA removal.
High yields up to 100 μg.
No phenol / chloroform extraction, no ethanol precipitation.

實驗數據

The RNA purified from supplier Q contains large amount of genomic DNA contamination.
RT-PCR of zebrafish EF-1α gene.
RNA were purified by kits from GeneMark and Q supplier. In the control reaction that add Taq polymerase only with the RNA products, genomic DNA contamination was observed from Q supplier.

Non-denaturing gel electrophoresis of the total RNA purified from various samples by GeneMark and Q supplier.
