The SpeedLigA^TM DNA Ligation kit enables ligation of cohesive ends is in 5 minutes at room temperature, and in 5-15 minutes for blunt ends. The PCR product TA cloning takes only one hour incubation.

pGEM-7Zf (+) DNA were ligated with 300 bp,

600 bp and 700 bp DNA fragments by SpeedLigA kit.

Lane M: 100 bp DNA marker
Lane 1: Before ligation, pGEM-7Zf (+) DNA/EcoRI and 300 bp, 600 bp and
             700 bp/EcoRI DNA fragments.
Lane 2: After 2 mins at RT, then 70℃ 15 mins inactivation.
Lane 3: After 5 mins at RT, then 70℃ 15 mins inactivation.
